Course Enrollment Refunds
Full refunds available within 14 days of enrollment if less than 20% of course content has been accessed. Partial refunds may apply after this period based on usage.
Consultation Service Refunds
One-on-one consultation fees can be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Same-day cancellations incur a 25% processing fee.
Technical Issues
Full refunds provided when technical problems prevent access to paid content for more than 72 consecutive hours, despite our technical support efforts.

Processing Payment

3 Payment Methods & Processing Times
Refund processing times vary depending on your original payment method. We work with financial institutions to ensure timely processing within industry standards.
Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, while bank transfers may take 7-14 business days. PayPal refunds are usually immediate once processed on our end. For international payments, additional processing time of 2-3 business days may apply due to currency conversion requirements.
If your refund hasn't appeared after the expected timeframe, please contact your financial institution first, as they may have additional processing requirements. We provide transaction confirmation numbers for all processed refunds for your reference.
Important Refund Conditions
Refunds are not available for completed courses where certificates have been issued, subscription services used for more than 30 days, or downloadable materials that have been accessed. Custom consultation reports and personalized financial plans are non-refundable once delivered. Promotional pricing and discount codes cannot be combined with refund requests.
